H.E.Mr. Ibrahim Bileh Doualeh
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
of the Republic of Djibouti to Japan

Ibrahim Bileh Doualeh began his career in the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance and the Economy of Djibouti and notably held the position of Head of the Expenditure Control Service and several other positions of responsibility in the same department until March1993.

In March 1993, he was appointed Financial Advisor at the Embassy of Djibouti in Eritrea.

From February 2000 to February 2014, he served as Financial Advisor at the Embassy of Djibouti in Japan.

From July 2014 to August 2021, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Djibouti to the Kingdom of Morocco.

During his mission to the Kingdom of Morocco, H.E. Ibrahim Bileh Doualeh also served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary non-residents of his country with Residence in Rabat by:
1. Republic of Senegal (2015-2021)
2. Republic of Côte d’Ivoire (2017-2021)
3. Republic of Guinea (2019-2021)

On October 27, 2021, H.E. Ibrahim Bileh Doualeh presented his Credentials to His Majesty Naruhito, Emperor of Japan accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Djibouti to Japan.
